Grass Fed

Our cattle are raised on forage, no grain, on our farm.  By grazing them on a high diversity mix of forages we are able to capture more vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients, Conjegated linoleic acid (CLAs), and higher concentrations of inflammation reducing Omega 3 fatty acids.

We do purchase some cattle to bring on our farm, and although we cannot control what they ate before they come onto our farm, we graze them for at least 3 months to "clean them up" and pack them full of those phytonutrients before harvesting.  This means we do not feed any supplemental grain to our cattle from the day they arrive on our farm through the day they’re harvested.
