Grass Fed Beef: Specialty

Cattle are our primary ecosystem regenerators. Our cattle are Grass Fed and Grass Finished, nutrient dense, and incredibly flavorful. We do purchase some cattle to bring on our farm, and although we cannot control what they ate before they come onto our farm, we graze them for a bare minimum of 3 months to "clean them up" and pack them full of those phytonutrients before harvesting. This means we do not feed any supplemental grain to our cattle from the day they arrive on our farm through the day they’re harvested.
