Reserve a half of beef to ensure you have beef for the year!  Whether you're interested in eating nose to tail, want the convenience of not having to buy beef throughout the entire year, or are looking to enjoy grass fed and grass finished beef at bulk pricing, this bundle is for you.

Total price is based off of the hanging weight of the beef.  The hanging weigh is the weight of the beef after it has been harvested and all of the non edible parts have been removed, but before any deboning and packaging into individual cuts has occurred.  This is the most accurate way to price and make sure you are paying for the beef you receive.

Total price of the beef half is approximately $2,000. And we will contact you when the beef will be ready for pick up.

  • 30lbs Chuck Steak or Roast
  • 5lbs Short Ribs
  • Soup bones without Meat
  • 50lbs Ground Beef
  • Marrow bones upon request
  • Unwanted Cuts can be added into ground beef
  • Suet can be saved upon request
  • Organs must be requested prior to butcher date
